We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase, so we offer 12 day returns from the delivery date.
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you an exchange on that piece in another color, a different size, or an entirely new style.
You are welcome to return or exchange it back to us within 12 days of receiving it. We offer refunds, exchanges and store credits subject to the following conditions:
- Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tag’s authenticity cards, dust bags, boxes, hangers, freebies, if any and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product.
- The garment should not have been used for any photoshoot or commercial activity.
- Customized or special delivery orders cannot be returned/exchanged.
- If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
Full-priced items are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit;
Merchandise bought on discount of 25% or more are considered as final sale, and hence is not eligible for refund or exchange.
Merchandise bought on discount of less than 25% are eligible for exchange or store credit.
Item/s marked as "final sale - no returns or exchanges" cannot be returned. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge;
CUSTOM MADE ITEMS
Make to order, Bespoke and Altered items purchased cannot be returned or exchanged. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge;
Orders placed with a promo code that discounts the order (excluding our Welcome 10% Offer) are only eligible for a store credit or exchange;
Gift Cards may not be returned;
We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the return’s timeframe. Store-credit notes are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
Original shipping charges and duties and taxes are non-refundable and shall be deducted from refunds. Charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by AMRTA.
PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS
We endeavor to process refunds daily but please allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed after the product inspection at Amrta warehouse. You will receive email notification of when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care team email@example.com with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. Request to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Refund & Exchange Procedure
- Products returned under this policy will be subject to quality testing/inspection. Kindly allow us 7-10 business days to inspect the return.
- If Amrta accepts the product returned, you will be entitled to receive refunds after deduction of logistic charges, taxes and duties.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, Amrta reserves a right to reject any request for return and/or exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same. In such cases, products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.
- Amrta refund shall not exceed the value of the product returned and/or exchanged but may be subject to deductions of any benefits for example any discounts availed, shipping or delivery charges waiver, etc., if any.
Some miscellaneous requirements to be aware of for the Return Process -
- The Return form is compulsory for all Returns. Please make sure that it is enclosed in the packing, while sending the returns. For all returns, please mention specifically the terms “RETURN TO SHIPPER”, the relevant ‘Order Number’, and ‘SKU name’ on the package for easy reference.
- Any items purchased by the Store Credits (received as store credits upon successful valid Return) won’t be entitled for any further Return or exchange.
CANCELLATION OF CUSTOMER ORDER FOR REASONS GIVEN HEREIN BELOW–
- We consider it our responsibility, that your desired Products/ reach you, as per policies specified herein. In this regard, (i) in cases wherein we are unable to ship your purchased Products within 21 (Twentyone) days of you placing the order and the Company receiving the same, or, (ii) in cases wherein you do not receive tracking details within 21 (Twenty one) days of placing the relevant Order and, the Company receiving the same, you are entitled to cancel the relevant Order placed by you by following the Return process mentioned above.
- In case of bona-fide cancellations of Orders as given above, we shall refund the amount directly into your bank account (as per the Return Form).
- In this regard please note that, the Return process can be initiated through the RETURN FORM only, request sent on email will not be considered.
We do not offer merchandise exchanges and/or returns on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes and tariffs paid by customer.
