Whole Lotta Love is a Strapy mini dress in our gorgeous new floral black print. The dress has a deep sweetheart neckline with small ruffle detailing on the neckline as well as the underbust, for a more feminine look. The dress features a two-tiered skirt. The back has a smocked panel on the bodice. The noodle straps have black beaded tassels attached to them.
